great location but disappointing room

The location suited our needs perfectly, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The staff were welcoming and tried to assist us throughout our stay.

Family with children loved it

Had a really nice experience and even got a chance to meet Ling, the handyman. He was super helpful and turned an annoying issue with the room into a quick fix. Took care of everything with a smile.

It was just a balanced option for one night in Woburn with good price-quality ratio. The clerk, Nicole, was wonderful and fixed our toilet issue right away. Bring your own toiletries for your stay.
